Our Service includes:

  • Automated video composition with stock footage
  • Caption and music integration
  • Video export in platform-optimized formats

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer various subscription plans with different features and video limits. Details of current plans are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Refunds are available within 60 days of purchase (see Refund Policy below)
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires.

4.4 Video Limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly video generation limit. Unused videos do not roll over to the next month.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service to create video content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use our Service to create content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or promotes illegal activities
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Spreads misinformation or disinformation
  • Impersonates others or misrepresents identity
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Service Abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
  • Use automated tools to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer or copy our technology
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the topics and prompts you provide. For videos generated through our Service:

  • You receive a license to use generated videos for personal and commercial purposes
  • This license is subject to any restrictions from third-party content providers (stock footage, music)
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with platform terms where you publish

6.3 Third-Party Content

Videos may include stock footage, music, and other content from third-party providers. Your use of this content is subject to their respective licenses and terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI:

  • May not always be accurate or factually correct
  • Should be reviewed before publication
  • May occasionally produce unexpected results
  • Is your responsibility to verify and edit as needed

You acknowledge that AI technology has limitations and agree to review all generated content before use.

8. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our affiliate program:

  • You must disclose affiliate relationships as required by law
  • Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of results
  • Security of data transmission

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
